Mallika Sherawat has always been into different controversies right from the movie Murder where there was a strong protest against the movie being passed through the censor. Mallika had some 16 Kisses in the movie and some steamy scenes with the co-actor. When Mallika was in cannes festival where she was one of the strong attracting for all the right reasons 
… but some controversy had to strike at that moment.
It came into news that there is yet another of those explicit MMS clips being circulated and this one is featuring the Sexy Mallika Sherawat.
Mallika had filed a case under Indian IT Act that it’s not her in the clip and someone is circulating the clip by her name. This under the IT Act is a serious offence and the guilty is punished profoundly. After few days of filing the complaint it was know that it’s not Mallika in the Clip but a look-alike know as Lolly who is infamous for such videos. The video is Six Minutes long and features Mallika Sherawat’s look-alike and a white man.
These kind of clips are a trend in the Mobile Market now, operators are the one who are benefited most from it, so do somewhere the operators drop these clips in the mobile network or its just a trend where Technology is abused by anyone and then everyone follows it.
The authorities have been working hard to track the source but most of the Operators do not scan the Messages sent by individuals to respect the privacy of the users, Secondly it’s really difficult for the Operators to know which clip is passed as the name, source, size of the data may vary.
However I don’t think it would be really difficult for the operators to know the source of the clip once they start tracing it back.

This was all a publicit stunt … there was never any MMS clip or lookalike…. Altho I like her, she is yummy!
