Sleeplessness nights – Improve Sleep Tips
If you are one of those who find it difficult to sleep, then read on.
Improve your Sleeping
1) Ventilate your bedroom and keep it cool. Your body temperature needs to drop for you to fall asleep.
2) Have an evening hot bath or shower. But make sure it’s only up to an hour before bedtime.
3) Try to read books, donot read interesting topics or anything which is of your interest.
4) Working out in the evening will also help to get a decent sleep in the night.
5) Switch off television 1 hour before you goto bed, sam applies for your dear computer.
6) Prepare your bed nicely, this will help your mind to know that its time to sleep.
7) Make sure your room is not too bright at night and close the windows if there is too much noise outside.
If using an AC make sure your have not set it too low, as this would wake you up when you fall asleep.
9) If you still can’t sleep, don’t look around look at the wall and keep looking at it without moving your eyes.
10) Tell yourself that it’s time to sleep and whats not done today will be done tommorow.
