The penis is a cylindrical organ with three columns of spongy tissue. Each column is filled with cavities capable of temporarily storing blood. When a man is sexually excited, blood pours into these cavities, the penis stiffens and enlarges and the result is an erection. The erection process tends to lift the penis well above 90° and the size of the penis also changes as the erection process takes place. If the penis is massaged or the person has intercourse the penis discharges semen (ejaculation), even a single drop of sperm is capable to get a woman pregnant.

So does size really matters?

The answer is no!

The reason being, the inner part of vagina cannot feel the sensation which the outer part does, even a penis size of 3 inches is good enough to reach the saticfaction level, but it all depends on how you use it, a big gun is a waste if you dont know how to use it.
