High Blood Pressure, Cigarrette Smoking

In a human being the heart-beat occurs a lakh of times during the course of a day.  But it will temporarily increase during running, swimming, over-eating, spontaneous and excessive pleasure or grief, disgrace, fear, anger, excitement, shock, strong emotions and hidden emotional conflicts etc. as a result of which there will be abnormal flow of blood through the blood vessels culminating in the temporary bulging out of the blood vessels thus causing high blood pressure dae to the repeated occurrences of the above conditions.

The symptoms of high blood-pressure are :  Weakness, restlessness,   sleeplessness,   head-reeling,  hypertensive head-ache, dizziness or light head-aches, ventigo, easy fatigue, frequent blushing accompanied byrumbling of the bowels, palpitation of the heart and sweating.

Research has shown that high blood-pressure can be cured by eating the kernel out of the seeds of water-melon.  These seeds can be dried and preserved for the purpose. In some-cases,  a reduced salt, or salt-free diet is prescribed with good effect when there are warning symptoms of high blood-pressure-, it is better that salt is completely avoided in the food.  The salt ingredients already existing in our food articles are quite sufficient, and the addition of kitchen-salt during cooking is not necessary from health point of view.

A good remedy against  high blood-pressure is Taki some roots of Garudapathala, dry and powder them, and eat on gram of this powder twice a day mixed with a little honey or mill or the powdered roots of “lashwari” plant.

Lemon  fluidifies the blood and accelerates norm; coagulation, thus bringing down the blood-pressure. High blood-pressure can be cured by the daily intake of pepper powder mixed with butter, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 48 days.

Cigarrette smoking is one of the hazardous causes leading to high blood pressure, heart attack and cancer of the lung or throat.  If you must smoke a cigarrette, do not smoke to the last end as the poisonous and harmful nicotine is drawn up to, and gets accumulated at, the last top-end while smoking.

Smokel-s, snuffers and tobacco eaters should frequently eat pineapple so that  the  bad  effects  of  nicotine   poison  are neutralized.

The best method of stopping the habit of smokig or snuffing is sheer will power and determination.
