Skin Care in the Winter
Taking care of your skin in the winter season.
To have a glowing skin you need to drink lot of water and get a good sleep, even when you are sleeping your skin is exposed, so even at night you should take care of the skin before you go to bed.
Before going to bed clean your face with semi warm water, and then apply your favorite face wash, this should clean all the mess which you created on the face through out the day. Dry your skin well with a soft cotton cloth, do not rub or harm the skin.
In winter you should apply cold cream or moisturizer and stroke it upwards so that it fills the pours, do it till all the cream is observed by the skin. Do it for 3 – 4 minutes everyday in winter don’t forget to massage the neck area too.
By morning you will see a glowing face.
