Homemade Bath Oils- Aromatherapy

Precious drops of olive or almond oil added to your bath water enhances a creamy, shiny and smooth skin. Aromatherapy is the use of scented essential oils. These oils help to improve circulation, soothe tiredness and even help to fight infection. Rose, lavender and chamomile are the best oils for relaxing.

Inhaling essences like sandalwood and chamomile is said to have a calming effect on the mind.

rich bath oil


Ingredients:         
1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon shampoo

1 cup of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method: All the ingredients must be blend together. Store in a glass bottle. Use 1-2 tablespoon for your bath.
